At BERTA Eyewear, we strive for quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy:
1. Standard Returns
You may return your eyewear within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, including all accompanying accessories and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products, such as prescription lenses, are not eligible for refunds due to their personalized nature.
3. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs will be calculated during the return process based on your location and preferred shipping method. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or through our website with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different style or color, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
